Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, intends to solicit quotes for an aerobic and free swim program for the North Bend, OR VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The Contractors pool facility must be in the North Bend, Oregon area. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA260-15-Q-1083. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 611620 Sports and Recreation Instruction, and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. This procurement is Unrestricted (both large and small businesses may provide quotations.) 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (4) one-year option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 3 September 2015, and the anticipated closing date is 11 September 2015. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (611620) is included in the CCR profile prior to submission of quotations.
