- Brand name Justification Performance Work Statement Description: AFTC/PZIEB, Edwards AFB, CA is seeking the brand name purchase of the development of a simulation database for use in the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) curriculum. Requirements: Offerors are requested to submit a complete firm fixed price quote, pricing items as indicated below including FOB destination, include enough information for the government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this RFQ. The government will be evaluating quotes IAW Far 52.212.2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The winning vendor will be required to fill out provisions IAW DFARs 252.209-7992 and DFARs 252.203-7998. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government Requirement; (ii) price Offerors shall provide pricing for the Contract Line Items (CLINS) as noted in line item for the purchase of a UAS Simulation Database: CLIN 0001 Development of simulation data for use in the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) curriculum 1 each The following clauses will also apply to any order awarded as a result of this solicitation and are those in effect through the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20150626, effective 26 Jun 2015 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83, effective 03 Aug 2015.
