- GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Brooke Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to Arcos for the lease of 4 Burn Navigators. The Burn Navigator is a Burn Resuscitation Decision Support System that provides intravenous fluid resuscitation during the first 24-72 hours post burn. Award will be made on 10 Sep 2015.
