- ** Change Log: Removing Brush and updating the part number for the blade. ** Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-83. The small business set-aside has been dissolved for this combined synopsis/solicitation. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333112 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 500 employees. Award will be made pending the availability of funds. If providing an "or equal" product, please provide documentation that the product will be compatible with the listed end items*** End items: 10D20 (snow blower) 10TBFAP16AS118017 and 11D20 (snow broom) 10TBFAP15BS131861 (Oshkosh truck with an M-B broom attached to it. The broom is 18' wide and is a cassette style). The MN ANG will be procuring this as a 'Best Value' procurement in accordance with the following evaluation factors: Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items is amended to read: 'Evaluation Factors and Sub Factors: -Price -Past Performance -Technical Capability All factors are of equal weight. All sub factors are of equal weight.' Standard commercial warranty should be included and the specifics detailed. Include past performance information: other military, commercial, and civilian companies with whom your products have been sold to. Include country of manufacture for all items. Questions will not be answered if submitted after 13 August 2015.
