- Questions & Responses (Part 2 of 2) Questions & Responses (Part 1 of 2) Amendment 01--Questions & Responses from 31 August 2015 Amendment-01 This amendment contains questions and answers we received regarding the solicitation. Please make note. The disclosure of this information is to advise offerors of the following questions and responses for clarification about the items noted. This notice serves as an addendum to the initial combined synopsis/ solicitation. The initial solicitation is provided along with this amendment to allow offerors to refer back to the solicitation or the Performance Work Statement. No other changes was amended to the original format that was prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Interest parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. These questions were received on 31 August 2015 and we are posting the responses as Amendment 01. Please do not submit the same questions if they have already been answered. These questions and answers have been compiled and provided for all interested vendors. As a reminder, solicitation questions are due today, Tuesday, September 01, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Everything else contained in the initial solicitation remains the same. This amendment only provides questions and responses as attachments.
