Description

Justification and Approval This is a Notice of Intent. A written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Huachuca Division intends to solicit and negotiate with Immix Technology, Inc. on a basis other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Other Than Full and Open Competition, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This is a notice of intent. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after date of publication of this Notice of Intent. The contract will be awarded on a sole source firm fixed price basis to Immix Technology, Inc., Cage Code 3CA29, for the procurement of the following items: 1)Enterprise Feedback Management-Team Bundle Qty 1 2)LIC Enterprise Feedback Management Insights- Team Bundle-On Premise Qty 1 3) Enterprise Feedback Management Survey Group Qty 18 4) Standard Maintenance Plan 1st Year Qty 12 5) Software Training and Installation at Fort Huachuca 6) Travel
