- Attachment 3 - Required Specifications Attachment 2 - Provisions and Clauses Attachment 1 - RFP Info Sheet Seat/Rail and Cover Kits RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the intent of the 763d Specialized Contracting Squadron to solicit and award a firm-fixed-priced contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 and 13. This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 336360. The Seat/Rail and Cover Kits are to be shipped to Scott AFB, IL. The government anticipates award to the offeror with the lowest total aggregate price meeting the stated requirement for all line items.
