Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region (ANM), is seeking interested sources that are capable of providing all construction projects including but not limited to roofing, HVAC, NAVAIDS, all associated work and general construction services under the following specialized NAICS codes: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction 238120 Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors 238160 Roofing Contractors 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors 238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors Potential projects could be located in the following areas: Guam Micronesia Saipan America Samoa Hawaii Oahu Kauai Molokai And Lanai The FAA is conducting this Market Survey to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify capable sources. Interested sources must respond with Capability Statements and the attached Business Declaration to confirm evidence of their qualifications and capabilities. Responses to this market survey will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB/8(a)), Small Businesses, or full and open competition. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purposes only. At this time, there is no scope of work and no projects assigned to these locations. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. All interested parties are advised the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this market survey. Any information provided under this market survey is for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Vendor participation in any informational sessions is not a promise of future business with the FAA. All responses (one response per company) are to be provided on company letterhead and must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. PST, 30 September 2015. Market survey responses received after the time and date specified will be determined to be late and may not be considered. Be sure to include your preferred location to perform potential project work.
