Description

Per authority granted under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109 461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL, entered into sole-source negotiations with DJS Construction Services, Inc., Dublin, GA regarding a Design-Build (D-B) project, titled: 'Replace Operating Room Air Handling Unit'. Per VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.203, the D-B project estimate was $100,000 to $250,000. This amended notice is issued to inform all interested parties that these discussions/negotiations have been terminated. No further action will be taken with regards to this specifically-named project.
