Description

ALL INQUIRIES SHALL BE VIA E-MAIL ONLY USING THE ATTACHED RFI FORM. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THE CORRECT SOLICITATION # IS FA6675-15-R-0006 A solicitation is to be issued for the renovation of B1344, a facility of approximately 5,100 square feet of floor space. Work to include HVAC system replacement, Standing seam metal roof replacement, interior finishes, structural repairs plumbing, electrical & lighting, and communications. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with the estimated construction time of 180 days. Site Walk: Monday, 10 Aug 2015, @0900. Will begin at 1776 Carswell Ave. with a short meeting then proceed to B1344. Please send name and company name to Ron Pyles for base access. 2nd Site Walk: Thursday, 13 Aug 2015 @1:00 PM Central. Will meet at Bldg 1344. Please send name and company name to Ron Pyles for base access. *CHANGE: Proposal due date is 4 Sep 2015, 10:00AM Central. ALL questions should be submitted on the attached RFI form. " Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening/RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government."
