Description
Sources Sought - Cellsense This requirement is for a brand name product: The Special Security Office is looking for a Cellsense Detection System includes: Detector pole, base unit with suction feet, USB with Cellsense quick Start Guide and Cellsense Instruction Manual, Battery charger with 3 pin DIN connector, Hard sided transportation case, Three (3) year warranty and On-site training (4 hours, up to 8 participants). The Special Security Office is looking for a highly portable cellular detection system/platform that has the ability to detect Cell phones and other unauthorized material whether it's concealed on or inside the body. The system/platform must detect devices within a 2m of its center in 360 degree coverage. The system/platform must be capable of full body screening, while eliminating false positives (alarms) caused by coins, jewelry or aluminum cans. The platform must be able to deploy within close proximity to metal doors and other structures without interfering with the effectiveness of the system/platform. The operation of the system/platform must not present any health or safety concerns; radiate any signals or field, which would cause personnel who are pregnant or have pacemakers to object to this screening. Finally the system should be easy to use, plug and play capability and does not require user calibration.
