- Synopsis-Solicitation Product Description Follow this pricing spreadsheet when submitting your quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a total small business set-aside under the category below: NAICS code:334515 Small business size standard:500 This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for two (2) Aeroflex 3920B Analog and Digital Radio Test Platforms in this RFQ: (1) Quotes are due 04 SEP 2015 at 1:00PM Pacific. Email is the only acceptable method of quote submission. (2) Offerors may submit written questions during the quote preparation period. All questions must be received no later than 02 SEP 2015 at 8:00 AM Pacific. Only written questions will receive a response. (3) All questions and quotes shall be directed to the Contract Specialist by email, citing the RFQ Number in the subject, at the following address: warcom.contracts@navsoc.socom.mil (4) Offerors must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale in their quote.
