- RFP N62387-15-R-8027 Attachment - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment - SFLLL Attachment - DD254 Attachment - Past Performance Data Sheet Attachment - Non-Disclosure Agreements **REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL HAS BEEN POSTED (see attached files)** IT Governance and Process Support This requirement encompasses all activities to provide support to the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (C4S) Directorate (N6) Mission Support Division (N63). The Mission Support Division oversees five functional areas that govern the MSC Information Technology and Communications Programs' investment planning, decisions, and execution. The five areas are: Knowledge Management, Financial Management, Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Funds Execution. MSC's mission is to support our nation by delivering supplies and conducting specialized missions across the world's oceans. The C4S Directorate is responsible for lifecycle management of C4S for the MSC fleet, providing the acquisition and deployment of new C4S assets and the disposal of assets at end of life as well as the management and coordination of electronics technical support and fleet C4S installations and upgrades. MSC maintains a single portfolio of all IT investments, with segmented views by: 2 funding streams, 21 budget activities, and 48 systems.
