- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Added FAR Clause 52.225-1 Buy American Act Supplies to Solicitation. Modified Salient Characteristics and numbered logos for easier matching. The Tennessee Army National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office for the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) TN located at 3041 Sidco Dr. Nashville, TN, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541890 Other Services Related to Marketing, with a Small Business size standard of 15,000,000.00 dollars. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83, effective 03 August 2015. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial marketing and advertising items is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. Please see salient characteristics and logo templates. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price contract. If you cannot quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit quote on what you can provide, as it may be considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's intent to award to vendor who can provide ALL that is requested Please see attachment for full solicitation. Attachments will also include Salient Characteristics of each item requested, along with PDF's of logos for each item. Added first set of questions and answers to this RFQ.
