- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services. Services may include dusting, wiping, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, window, window ledge and frame cleaning, remove all insects, insect nests, webs, dirt, mud, stains, markings, dust, organic materials, urine, fecal matter, food particles, waste paper, residual rag lint, residual cleaning at the Whitney Lake Office, TX and the Whitney Power Plant, TX. This will be a Firm-Fixed Purchase Order contract with a 1 year base period and 2 one year option periods. Estimated value between $250,000 and $500,000.
