- SPM4A8-15-Q-0196 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#15-16-1041: Procurement is for (2) TILTING ROTARY TABLE in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 15-16-1041 dated August 26, 2015. The contractor shall provide tilting rotary table with IUIDs, Technical Data, cable assemblies, AC servo motor, booster pump, and Shipping. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
