- Floor Plan Specifications Parts Listing Description(s): THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Purchase Req. No.: F3W3305201A002 ************************************************************************************* *Award may be made to all, some, or none CLINs. Award is subject to availability of FY15 funds. NOTE: A mandatory site visit will be held at building 457 on 9 September 2015 at 1000, Local, for any interested parties. No quotes will be considered from vendors that do not attend the mandatory site visit. Please contact the above POC to schedule your organizations attendance. Please submit names of those who will attend the site visit by no later than 07 September at 1600 local to denis.vorobyov.2@us.af.mil AND carolyn.sherwood@us.af.mil. No changes will result from the site visit unless this solicitation is amended in writing. Questions resulting from the site visit will be answered by written amendment to this solicitation, so questions must be submitted in writing to the POCs listed above no later than 10 September 2015 at 1600 Local (Germany time). If you provide a suitable substitute to the below product, please illustrate capabilities. Requirement: CLIN 0002: Building 457 cameras, monitors and installation in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
