- Description
- NASA/GRC has a requirement for the purchase of ModeFrontier Design Optimization Software. 1 ModeFRONTIER Plus 1 Software Float Node NASA/GRC intends to purchase the items from ESTECO North America Inc. 39555 Orchard Hill Place, Suite 457 Novi, MI 48375, to include new ModeFrontier software and maintenance. They are the original developer of the ModeFrontier software, it is proprietor to them. ESTECO is the exclusive distributor in the USA. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12, and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR part 13. The Sole Source is under the authority of FAR reference 13.106-1(b) 1. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
