- ***AMENDMENT 0001: UPDATE SECTION J ATTACHMENT 7 and SECTION J ATTACHMENT 9*** Solicitation W91CRB-15-R-0024, Amendment 0001 updates Section J Attachment 7 (Total Evaluated Price Matrix) and Section J Attachment 9 (Past Performance Questionnaire). Attachment 7 incorrectly identified EMD Risk Reduction Test Articles (PY3, 2018); Amendment 0001 provides an updated copy of Attachment 7 (EMD Risk Reduction Test Articles- PY1, 2016). Attachment 9 has an incorrect header and footer; Amendment 0001 provides an updated copy of Attachment 9 to correct the errors. ***END AMENDMENT 0001*** ***ORIGINAL SOLICITATION 31 AUGUST 2015*** This is a solicitation for Family of Weapon Sights- Crew Served (FWS-CS), prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations, publicizing of contract actions (FAR Part 5).
