- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:VA City:Arlington Delineated Area:Arlington County, metro rail proximate (approximately 2,640 walkable linear feet from metro rail entrance) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):43,027 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):45,178 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):Parking per code Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 Firm Term:10 Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:The Agency has two operating units of approximately 16,202 USF and 26,825 USF. The 16,202 USF requirement needs to be located on one floor in contiguous space. The 26,825 USF requirement can be located on no more than two (2) floors in contiguous space. The offered premises must be within the defined delineated area as shown and must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS) and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than September 15, 2015 at 4:00 PM EST, and should include the following information at a minimum. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1.Building name/address and the location of available space within the building; 2.Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; 3.ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and the expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced, inclusive of a Tenant Improvement allowance of $46.74/ABOA SF, and meeting GSA's standard building shell requirements; 4.Building ownership information; 5.Amount of parking available onsite; 6.Drawings of space offered 7.Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; 8.In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement; 9.Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission. Authorized Contacts:GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction.
