- Statement of Work The Small Business Administration intends to award a sole source fixed-price contract to IMB, for i2Analyst Notebook Premium licenses. IMB i2 Analyst Notebook Premium offers a rich data-centric analysis environment that includes the key elements required to collate, manage, explore and analyze intelligence data. The period of performance shall be for 12 months from the date of award, plus four one year options. The authority for this award is FAR 13.106(b), soliciting from a single source; Purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this notice. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation.
