- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure " EPMD RUBBER, D-SHAPED RUBBER BUMPERS, NEOPRENE RUBBER & CORNERGUARD BUMPERS" to be shipped to Norfolk, Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326299 (All other rubber product, rubber fabricated material) and the procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses.
