- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall perform the procurement, installation, and integration of a comprehensive system to meet the demanding environment of the U.S Army Garrison - Hawaii (USAG-HI), Director of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS), Emergency Operations Center (EOC). This upgrade installation will provide the operators and EOC Managers with an advanced and effective method to respond to crisis and disseminate information. The watch floor will also incorporate a leadership conference suite with a DISA approved Multi-Domain VTC solution spanning several classifications.
