NO BASIS FOR CLAIMS SHALL ARISE AS A RESULT OF A RESPONSE TO THIS CANCELLATION OR THE USE OF SUCH INFORMATION AS EITHER PART OF THE EVALUATION PROCESS OR IN DEVELOPING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT REQUIREMENT.
