The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System Has the need for the following transport chairs: 20 each Red transport chairs with one-piece black cushion, telescoping IV poles, portable "E" size oxygen tank holders, and footrest. 20 each Blue transport chairs - no accessories. 4 each Bariatric blue transport chairs - with telescoping IV pole and portable "E" oxygen tank holder, and footrest. All chairs shall have the following features: All accessories non-removable for theft prevention Swing-out arms for side entry Ability to nest into each other for storage Non folding-for theft prevention Standard chairs shall have a 500 lb capacity Bariatric chair shall have an 800 lb capacity.
