No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The NAICS for this project is 238220 and the small business size standard is $15M. Work consists of the repair of DX Air Conditioner Units at multiple buildings on Barksdale AFB, LA. The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirement at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana, in accordance with the project statement of work. The Performance Period for this project is 120 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 30 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business in accordance with FAR Part 19.15. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; see webpage www.sam.gov. All proposals shall be valid for 180 calendar days after the Request for Proposal closing to be considered responsive. The Contracting Officer must have access to verify the offeror's status in SAM. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 in accordance with FAR 36.204(e).
