Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition with The Corporate Executive Board for the purchase of the Recruitment Roundtable Membership/Subscription Renewal using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Subpart 13). Any responses received as a result of this Notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this Notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Electronic responses to this Notice shall reference "Recruitment Roundtable Intent to Sole Source" and be sent to the attention of Karen.green@occ.treas.gov. Electronic submissions must be received by Friday, September 4, 2015 at 6:00pm ET. Please note that an RFQ document is not available at this time. If an interested Offeror can provide this requirement or an equal product, it is their responsibility to demonstrate or confirm how their product is equal to or better than the brand requested.
