- This is a Sources Sought Announcement. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is conducting a Sources Sought Market Survey in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the capabilities to provide the following items at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar: Office Furniture: -Office Cubicles with L-Shape Desk, 3 Drawer Mobile Pedestal, Office Chair, 2 Door Steel Filing Cabinet, 2 seater waiting chair, fabric partition of 140 cm in Height. -Conference Table for 8 Person -Conference Chairs -2 Door Steel Filing Cabinets -Cubicle Fabric Partition 140 cm Height for Pantry Area ACC-RI is requesting capability statements from potential firms. The Capability Statement shall include the following information: a)The Firm's ability to provide/install the above office furniture and have access to Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar. b) The specific time frame required by the firm to complete the requirement. If you believe that your firm has the capabilities to provide/install the office furniture, please submit the following information: a)Company Name and mailing address b) Company point of contact c) Capabilities Statement The above information must be submitted by 1200 hrs U.S. Central Time on Thursday, 10 September 2015.
