Solicitation number: F1S0AX5125B10201 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation also uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83 and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20150626, AFFARS (AFAC) 2014-0406. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest priced, technically acceptable. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Quotes shall include Freight: FOB Edwards AFB, CA 93524. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. "Technical acceptability" is based on offers which meet all requirements in the requirement area of the RFQ. This is a Brand Name purchase for SGMC Microwave Adapters. Therefore, only SGMC Microwave authorized vendors registered on the Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) (see website at http://www.esi.mil/) IAW IAW DFARs 208.7402(1) will be accepted. Offerors are required to submit with their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this RFQ.
