- SOL-482-15-000006 US/TCN Sr. Acquisition and Assistance Specialist, USAID/Burma RFP No.: SOL-482-15-000006 ISSUANCE DATE: September 4, 2015 CLOSING DATE: October 2, 2015, 9:00 a.m. Bangkok Time SUBJECT: Solicitation for an Offshore Hire U.S. Citizen/ Third Country National Personal Service Contractor (US/TCN PSC) for Senior Acquisition and Assistance Specialist, USAID/Burma To All Interested Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (AID 302-3 and resume) from qualified U.S. citizens or Third Country Nationals interested in providing the PSC services described in the attachment. Submissions shall be in accordance with the instructions to applicants provided in the attachment by the date and time specified. Interested applicants must submit all the materials required by the solicitation including salary history for the prior three years and the names and contact points for at least three references with knowledge of the applicant's prior work skills and should retain for their records copies of all enclosures which accompany their applications. Email submissions shall be sent to: Ms. Kornpreeya Paoluglam, Acquisition and Assistance Specialist, at the e-mail address kpaoluglam@usaid.gov with a copy to Mr. Paul Martin, Regional Contracting Officer at pmartin@usaid.gov. To ensure delivery by the due date it is recommended that applications be sent in as email attachments. Late applications will not be considered. Applicants are required to sign the certification at the end of the AID 302-3. Applications that are received without a signature or incomplete applications will not be considered for the position. This solicitation does not represent a commitment on behalf of USAID the U.S. Government is not obligated to make an award or to pay for any costs associated with the preparation and submission of a proposal in response to this solicitation.
