Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source purchase order to Thoratec, Inc., Pleasanton, CA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1,'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,' for the Centrimag Mechanical Circulatory Support System as well as associated accessories for the Department of Veterans Affairs Louis Stokes Cleveland Medical Center, in Cleveland, Ohio.
