- The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Okaloosa County office in Crestview, Florida, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately, 6,125-6,250 usable square feet (approximately 6,850-7,050 rentable) of Class A office space together with 20, on-site, paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an area bounded on the North by: Old Bethel Road/Airport Rd/CR188; on the South by: I-10 (Interstate 10): on the East by: John Givens Rd/E James Lee Blvd/S Ferdon Blvd; and on the West by: Antioch Rd/ James Lee Blvd/CR188. TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2015 (tentative and subject to change) OTHER: Submission by other than the owner of manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. 1.
