SOLICITATION: VA786-15-R-0396 PROJECT LOCATION: SALISBURY NATIONAL CEMETERY PROJECT TITLE: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Turf Fertilization, Pre / Post-Emergent Crabgrass / Broadleaf Weed, Nut Sedge Control / Services, at the Salisbury National Cemetery located at 501 Statesville Boulevard, Salisbury, NC 28144. Performance includes six (6) scheduled applications of fertilizer and herbicides annually. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.5 Million. An electronic solicitation is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on 09/03/2015 as a separate attachment. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 09/21/2015. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Failure to submit all documentation required as required, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive/technically unacceptable and your proposal will be removed from further consideration.
