- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4625-15-Q-0072. This procurement is a 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333120. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 750 EMP. Products required are listed below: CLIN Quantity Unit of Issue Description 0001 5 Ea. Western "or equal" 10 ft. snow plow blades, straight, including all parts and accessories to attach the blades to two 2007 Ford 750 dump trucks and three 2008 Ford 750 dump trucks. *All pricing must reflect applicable shipping, handling, and onsite installation charges. "Or equal" products must meet or excced performance thresholds of a 10 ft. long straight Western plow blade in accordance with performance characteristics identified in Statement of Work. All "or equal" products must include catalog or product data in conjunction with quotations. A site visit will be held for solicitation FA4625-15-Q-0072 Snow Plow Blades, on 14 September 2015 at 10:00 am. This site visit is to allow contactors to see the work area, equipment provided, and the trucks the blades will be installed on. Please confirm if you would like to attend this site visit by sending a confirmation to 509cons.sollgca@us.af.mil to the attention of A1C Daniel Barker by COB 11 September 2015. Your confirmation must contain your company name, contact information and, the attending person's names. We will meet at the Whiteman AFB visitors center located off Hwy 23. Contractors will be limited to 2 attending personnel per company. Please ensure you have a valid drivers licenses and you know your social security number. Any persons that does not have this information will be denied access to the base. Please ensure you have no active warrants for your arrest, if a person is caught with an active warrant, not only will they be denied access to the base but they will be extradited to civilian law enforcement.
