- Purchase Request 00601624069. This solicitation will contain NSN 5895-01-581-5017, Received-Transmitter Subassembly, used by the Dept. of the Navy on Ships/Cruisers and the like. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-15-R-0930, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 22 each. No option required. Type restricted source: AMC/AMSC: 3C Solicitation will issued as 3C, approved manufacture is Automatic Terminal Information, CAGE 4N915. Procurement will utilize Full and Open Competition after restriction. Delivery: FOB Origin, Do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0% with no 100% option. This is not a critical item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on or about Sept. 3, 2015. Solicitation issue date is on or about Sept. 21, 2015. Solicitation closing date is on or about Oct. 21, 2015. The estimated award date is on or about Nov. 10, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:///www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
