- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE-15-R-0008 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP), with the intent to issue a MATOC, consisting of multiple Firm, Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Contracts. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-83-2-2. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $36,500,000. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. SOLICITATION W912EE-15-R-0008 IS ATTACHED TO THIS POSTING.
