- Construct volley ball court at MK Air Base in accordance with statement of work dated 3 September 2015, 10 pages and drawings dated 27 May 2015, 3 pages. A SITE VISIT WILL OCCUR ON 18 SEPTEMBER 2015 AT 0900 HOURS. IF YOUR COMPANY IS INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE SITE VISIT, CONTACT CAPTAIN ROBERT MARTINEZ AT ROBERT.T.MARTINEZ19.MIL@MAIL.MIL NO LATER THAN 1500 ON 9 SEPTEMBER. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Magnitude of work: less than $25,000. The performance period is 45 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 14 calendar days is included. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 September 2015 with an anticipated solicitation close date of approximately 21 September 2015. The solicitation will be available at following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. Contractor must comply with applicable local laws (e.g. authorization to do business in Romania). All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
