Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, anticipates soliciting offers to provide for a patient elopement system, installment, maintenance, support, and training of the elopement system. The installation will take place in Building 172 Units 1B, 1C, 1E, and 2B at the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System Marion, IN. 46953. Delivery will be FOB destination to: VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, 1700 E 38th Street in Marion, IN 46953. The Network 11 Contracting Office anticipates entering into a Firm Fixed Price order that can provide the best value to the Government. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business under the NAICS code of 561621, with a small business size standard of $20.5 million. Contract awards will be made on a best value basis with the possibility for trade-offs. The evaluation factors will be: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. The anticipated issue date is September 3rd 2015, and the anticipated closing date is September 9th, 2015. This acquisition will be made according to FAR Part 13.
