- Description
- The FIRECON-F Request for Proposal (RFP), W15QKN-14-R-0159, shall be released in three (3) Parts. Part 2 release is as follows: 1) Part 2 will consist of DRAFT versions of all Sections A through K of the uniform contract format. This includes any revisions/updates that were made to Sections B & C and were originally posted in Part 1 release on 23 January 2015. Therefore, the previous versions of Sections B & C are now obsolete and this revised version takes complete precedence under Part 2. In addition, in accordance with all attachments/exhibits in Section J (all 49 of them) shall be included in this Part 2 release. These are mostly CDRLs (A - AQ - 41 total), however, Attachment 0004 (Sample Task Order FIRECON-F) and Attachment 0005 (Sample Delivery Order FIRECON-F) will be posted in the final Part 3 release of Sections L & M. Lastly, Attachment 0001 (formerly Attachment 0042 Section B CLIN Structure); Attachment 0002 (formerly Attachment 0043 Section B Labor); and Attachment 0003 (formerly Attachment 0044 Other Direct Costs for Cost Reimbursement) remain the same as in the Part 1 FBO release of the Draft FIRECON-F RFP and will be reattached with their revised numbers in this Part 2 release. 2) To obtain a full Technical Data Package (TDP) to be mailed in DVD format please refer to Section A of the DRAFT FIRECON-F RFP W15QKN-14-R-0159 on the bottom of page 3 titled "Limited Distribution Data Information Instructions". Every contractor that wishes to obtain a TDP must fill out a Non-Disclosure Agreement; an AMSTA AR 1350 Form; and an approved DD 2345 Form. These forms and documents can be sent via e-mail to the Point of Contract/Contract Specialist listed in Section A. 3) Part 3 is still expected to be released within approximately 30 calendar days and will constitute the complete and final version of the RFP. Part 3 will include Sections L and M which shall provide all necessary instructions for submitting a proposal to the Government and information as to how that proposal will be evaluated. Again, following the release of Part 3, the Government reserves the right to cancel, edit, or amend any RFP Section prior to the final date for submission of proposals. The Government is not soliciting any proposal submissions in response to the DRAFT Sections of the RFP that will be released with Parts 1 and 2. The final date for submission of proposals will be included in the Final RFP released as Part 3 under RFP # W15QKN-15-R-0150 (Formerly Draft RFP # W15QKN-14-R-0159). As Part 3 and final release of the RFP is still being prepared, this addendum simply extends the closing date of Part 2 for an additional 21 days.
