- Request for Quotation (RFQ) The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for online training entitled, " Support of Every Day Counts Three (EDC-3) Initiative 3D Engineered Modeling; Schedule, Cost, and Post Construction Critical Path Method Scheduling." It is anticipated that the resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order, and will be set aside for small businesses pursuant to FAR Part 13. As indicated in the Request for Quote (RFQ), your firm's quotation must be received by email to Kevin.Hardy@dot.gov no later than 12:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on Monday, September 21, 2015 or sooner. The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will be released and available electronically only through the Federal Business Opportunities Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) website at https://www.fbo.gov/. No written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Since the solicitation will only be available electronically, it is solely the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the listed website for the solicitation and all related documents and amendments, if any. All responsible small businesses are encouraged to submit an offer.
