Please see the link on this page that will take you to the solicitation document. Due to the large number of attachments to the solicitation, all attachments can be downloaded from the AMRDEC Safe Site. For access to the AMRDEC Safe Site, please email both the contract specialist (trapper.j.ballard@usace.army.mil) and the contracting officer (mandy.ashmore@usace.army.mil) your name, company name, email address, and telephone number. It is recommended that each company provide at least two individual's information, as the AMRDEC Safe Site only allows access to download the documents one time. Once your request has been submitted, the contracting office will grant you access by sending you a link and pass code to access the information. ----------------------------- 6/23/2015: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District plans to solicit a requirement for the initial outfitting (IO) of an Interim Marine Corps Medical Home Clinic at Camp Lejeune, NC. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price contract procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13.5, and 19. This requirement will be a total small business set aside. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Initial Outfitting - Transition (IO-T) activities such as taking inventory of all existing systems and commodities, conducting user interviews, then planning and developing the requirements for all new and reuse commodities. IO-T also includes managing the phasing and transition activities, relocation, space planning and public relations planning. Initial Outfitting - Commodities (IO-C) activities include ordering, purchasing, delivering, installing, certifying, training and warranting all commodities identified in the IO-T process as well as public relations materials and events. Commodities include, but are not limited to, furniture/furnishings, casegoods, medical equipment and low voltage systems, such as resource protection and communications. Other IO-C deliverables include moving services, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals, contractor supplied warehousing/storage, and public relations. Prior to an Offeror receiving an award from any resulting solicitation, the Offeror must be registered and have an active, valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. To obtain information on the SAM database, please visit https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/. Award will be based on a Best Value, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about 20 July 2015, and the estimated proposal due date will be approximately 30 days thereafter. A draft solicitation may be released prior to the final solicitation. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor fbo.gov for updates to this pre-solicitation notice and release of the solicitation.
