This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F5BFSG5233AW01 This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition is a Service -Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. This will be a firm-fixed price award. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD (a) NAICS: 621999 (b) No. of Employees: N/A (c) Dollars: $15M REQUIREMENT: This requirement is to provide annual services for Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist at three Air Force Reserve locations: Portland IAP, OR, Davis-Monthan AFB AZ, and Patrick AFB FL in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Evaluation factors are Price, Technical Evaluation and Past Performance. Evaluation Strategy is Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) See attached addendum for description/instruction to offerors.
