Description

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for VA248-15-Q-2022, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is issued. This notice and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. This requirement is restricted to Small Business. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 238330, and size standard is 15 Million. Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish remove and install tile flooring service to the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612. The contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform all tasks. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR COPIES WILL NOT BE HONORED.
