Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price requirement type contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies and services. Solicitation number W81K00-15-T-2528 is issued as request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 current as of 19 June 2015. This acquisition is listed as UNRESTRICTED, under size standard 500 and NAICS code 334516. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this supply requirement to provide Cost-Per-Test for Serum Protein Electrophoresis (SPEP), Immunofixation Electrophoresis (IFE) and Hemoglobin Electrophoresis (HbE) Analysis for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, 30905.
