Description
Solicitation Mud Motor Boat Specs The contractor shall deliver a boat meeting the following specifications no later than September 30th 2015. Boat/Hull - The boat shall be designed to operate effectively with one 37hp mud motor. - 18 ft welded hull, stern width 78" - Capacity = 1,200 lbs minimum - Hull and floor of the boat shall have a minimum thickness of.100 gauge - Transom width at least 6 ½ ft wide - 20" transom - Reinforced 20" extended deck - Pointed bow - Planing tabs - 1 lockable welded box 42"L X 15"W stationed against front of console - 1 lockable welded box 60"L X 15"W on port side o Both boxes shall be water tight with water resistant gaskets - Stabilizer spud pole kit (2 poles) (holes on all 4 corners of the boat) (poles 7ft and/or longer) - Removable receiver mount w/plate strong enough to support the winch while in use and located on the bow of the boat - Removable Winch - 2000lb 12V DC ATV Winch - Winch must have its own battery and be recharged by the motor - Plug-in in front deck for winch - 2 welded grab handles at least 96" long centered on both the port and starboard sides - Transducer mounting plate on transom - Depth finder, mounted with spring bracket so as to take shallow conditions. Depth finder must be able to read depth when boat is on plane and at full speed (mounted to console, turns off when key is off) - Entire inside of the boat must have grip paint (paint cannot be black) - Floor of the boat must have gutters - Side console, starboard side top edge - metal only o Console shall have one 12V accessory plug-in o Console shall have a switch panel with at least 6 switches  Switch panel must run all electronics delivered with the boat (bilge pump, navigation lights, power to winch, power to spot light, etc.) o Engine tac and engine hour count (mounted on the console) o All wires must be either pulled through the boat or run through outdoor rated metal conduit o At no point shall any wiring be exposed - 4 welded cleats - 2 on bow, 2 on stern - Bilge pump - manual switch 500 GPH - Bow mounted removable remote LED spotlight which produces at least 3,000 lumens of light output - Removable seat base mounted to the floor behind the console with a pedestal cushioned seat Motor - Minimum 37hp EFI surface drive mud motor with reverse - Hydraulic Steering - Spare prop - steal - Removable rock guard - 9 gallon EPA fuel tank (tank mounted under extended deck on port side). Trailer - Prefer an aluminum trailer (won't rust) - LED lighting - Bunk system (NO rollers) - Dual guide ons mounted on the trailer - Spare Tire mounted on trailer - Bunk slicks installed shall not have carpet - Bunk slicks shall be made out of composite boards
