- Transport house to new foundation in Badlands National Park. The solicitation number for this Request for Quote is P15PS02674. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming is in the best interest of the Government. All vendors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), (http://www.sam.gov) to include updated Online Representations and Certifications Associated with current SAM record. Unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due by 3:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time (MT), September 8, 2015. Delivery shall be made to Badlands National Park, 25291 Ben Reifel Rd, Interior, SD. The offeror shall be capable of completing delivery as per the statements of work. This project involves loading, transporting, and setting an existing housing unit from its current location to an existing concrete stem wall foundation.
