Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Request for Quote (RFQ) under VA248-15-Q-1990 is being issued for Medical Gases and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83.
