- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price requirement type contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies and services. Solicitation number W81K00-15-T-0464 is issued as request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 current as of 19 June 2015. This acquisition will be competed as a full and open procurement, under size standard 500 and NAICS code 811219. The Government anticipates awarding a single award service contract for the maintenance and services for the Cost Per Test Coagulation Analyzer in place at Fort Jackson, SC 29207. All responsible offers may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
