Description

Sole Source Justification The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to award a sole-source contract to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. for TeamMate Audit Management software, maintenance, and related training under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). TeamMate is proprietary software that is only provided by the manufacturer, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation package will be issued. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by 1:00PM EDT on September 8, 2015. Interested offerors must submit written responses to David Poppe at poppe.david@pbgc.gov and must include sufficient information to establish its capabilities to fulfill the requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received by the response date, award will be made without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. PBGC will not reimburse any costs connected with offerors providing its capability information.
