- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk intends to negotiate a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) limited source/brand name delivery order with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions for various components of a Cisco telephone system. The supplies will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 “ Other Than Full and Open Competition, Subpart 8.4 “ Federal Supply Schedules, Part 12 “ Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5 -Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. In accordance with FAR 8.402(f), an ordering activity contracting officer may add items not on the Federal Supply Schedule (also referred to as open market items) to a Federal Supply Schedule delivery order. This notice is being posted in order to comply with all applicable acquisition regulations pertaining to the purchase of the items not on the Federal Supply Schedule. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334210 and the Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This is a limited source/brand name action that is support by a Limited Source Justification (LSJ).GSA RFQ ID: RFQ1027763. A complete Request for Quote package is currently available for downloading at the GSA E-buy Website(https://www.gsaadvantage.gov/advantage/login/eBuyLogin.do).Vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site as this acquisition is for restricted to authorized Cisco resellers who currently possess a GSA FSS Contract. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
